Anyway. Hi. I'm Katie. For whatever reason, you're sitting at your desk reading this, which I first created on October 10, 1998. I know nothing of HTML, but most everyone tells me it would be A Good Thing if I learned. So I'm learning. Or trying to, anyway.
Like I said, my name's Katie. I'm old enough to get in trouble to the full extent of the law (not that I have, mind you), I'm originally from St. Paul, MN, and I'm currently attending college at Beloit College. I'm going to graduate this May. It's quite frightening. I'm majoring in Literary Studies, Creative Writing, and Psychology. This is because I like to read too many books.
Someday, this site is going to be full of stuff about gaming, feminism, politics, and reference materials. I have made an attempt to get started with this by putting up the snazzy new library page. I know it's very bland, aesthetically, but hey, it's got tables. Currently it's got boring and not-so-boring works listed, but I should be putting up something more interesting to the general population soon.
